In this newly created role, you’ll be at the heart of our European Development team, using your analytical mindset and commercial curiosity to support the signing of new projects and inform strategy across some of our most exciting growth areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and support rebranding assessments for European portfolio opportunities, maintaining our internal portfolio tracker.
  • Contribute to pitch decks and brand presentations for owners, particularly across luxury and branded residence projects.
  • Help develop and evolve our European strategies for luxury and branded residences, backed by industry data and insight.
  • Support development planning activities – from signings analysis to market research, goal setting, and internal growth reporting.
  • Collaborate across teams to support project delivery, presentation preparation, and key process improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a consulting firm, hospitality company or within a corporate strategy environment.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an eye for data storytelling and commercial analysis.
  • A critical thinker with the ability to analyse, prioritise and manage multiple workstreams independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, detail-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality or real estate sector is a plus; additional European languages also advantageous.
