This is a unique opportunity to join IHG Hotels & Resorts to shape the future of workforce optimisation at a global level. We’re looking for a strategic leader who can bring different perspectives, enhance efficiency, and drive smarter ways of working. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, you’ll play a key role in optimising resources while maintaining a high-performing, engaged workforce.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement a data-led workforce optimisation strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Lead a team across multiple locations, fostering collaboration across Operations, HR, Finance, and IT.
  • Drive change initiatives that enhance efficiency, embedding best practices across all markets.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise payroll and operational costs while maintaining service excellence.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and support long-term workforce planning.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in workforce strategy, operations, or performance improvement in a complex, multi-market environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at a senior level.
  • Commercially minded, with expertise in data analysis and cost optimisation.
  • Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
  • A collaborative leader with strong communication skills, resilience, and a solutions-focused approach.
