We’re looking for a strategic leader who can bring different perspectives, enhance efficiency, and drive smarter ways of working. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, you’ll play a key role in optimising resources while maintaining a high-performing, engaged workforce.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop and implement a data-led workforce optimisation strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Lead a team across multiple locations, fostering collaboration across Operations, HR, Finance, and IT.
Drive change initiatives that enhance efficiency, embedding best practices across all markets.
Identify opportunities to optimise payroll and operational costs while maintaining service excellence.
Partner with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and support long-term workforce planning.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in workforce strategy, operations, or performance improvement in a complex, multi-market environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at a senior level.
Commercially minded, with expertise in data analysis and cost optimisation.
Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
A collaborative leader with strong communication skills, resilience, and a solutions-focused approach.
