We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Director of Sales  with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Revenue Management team to optimize room rates, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Marketing and Promotions: implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels with other departments, ensure a seamless guest experience and cohesive hotel operations.
     
What We need from you:

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in sales, preferably within the luxury segment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and revenue management.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and sales conferences
