Role Overview
As our new Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the overall commercial strategy of the hotel—driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, and building high-impact partnerships across all market segments. From setting sales direction to leading marketing initiatives, you’ll play a critical role in maximizing profitability and market share.
?? Strategic Leadership
- Developing and executing the hotel’s overall sales & marketing strategy
- Driving revenue across all segments: corporate, leisure, MICE, and travel trade
- Setting budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
?? Key Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, and stakeholders
- Leading high-value negotiations and long-term contracts
?? Revenue Optimization
- Collaborating with revenue management to optimize pricing, distribution, and inventory
- Identifying new revenue streams and business opportunities
?? Brand & Market Positioning
- Overseeing marketing campaigns, branding, and digital presence
- Ensuring strong visibility in local and international markets
?? Representation & Networking
- Representing the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and leadership forums
- Strengthening the hotel’s reputation and market presence
?? Performance & Analytics
- Monitoring market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights
- Using data to refine sales and marketing strategies
?? Team Leadership
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales & marketing team
- Driving a high-performance, target-oriented culture
?? Cross-functional Collaboration
- Working closely with operations, finance, and revenue teams
- Ensuring seamless guest experience and commercial alignment
?? What we need from you:
✔ Experience
- 8–12+ years in hotel sales & marketing
- Proven leadership experience in a similar senior role
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and market share
✔ Skills
- Advanced negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of market segmentation and distribution channels
✔ Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- MBA or equivalent (preferred)
