■日常業務内容
●日々の営業活動を管理し、潜在能力を最大限に発揮できるようチームを指導する。
●個人とチームの売上目標を達成し、収益性を最大化する。
●客室稼働率の向上、平均客室単価の上昇、宿泊客数の増加、飲食・宴会売上の増加を実現する営業計画の立案と実行。
●パフォーマンスをモニターするための月次レポートの作成とレビュー
●ホテルのサービスやアメニティをゲストにアップセルするためのマーケティング活動をリードする。
■求める人材
●マーケティングまたは関連分野の学士号／高等教育資格／同等の資格
●ホスピタリティまたはホテルでの営業・マーケティング経験4年以上、営業チームを直接監督した経験
●現地のビジネスやビジネストレンドに精通していること。 ●エアラインビジネスの初歩的な理解を持っていること
●現地語を話せること。
●その他の言語ができれば尚可

Ready to spread the word about our exceptional guest experiences? We’re searching for a Sales & Marketing Director with the strategic nous to help us beat our room night sales goals. Night after night.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Managing daily sales activities and coaching your team to deliver to their full potential
● Hitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximise profitability
● Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales
● Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance
● Leading marketing efforts to up-sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities
What We need from you:
● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
● Four or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
● Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
● Have a basic understanding of the airline business
● Must speak local language(s)
● Other languages preferred
