You’re a storyteller, a connector, and a commercial leader who knows how to position a hotel as not just a place to stay—but a place people are drawn to, talk about, and come back to.

You’ll shape how Kimpton Mayfair Adelaide shows up in market—building a brand that feels vibrant, locally loved, and unmistakably Kimpton.

  • Shape our story – defining a clear, differentiated position in the market that brings Kimpton’s personality to life while delivering strong commercial outcomes

  • Create connection – building meaningful relationships with clients, partners and the local community, positioning the hotel as a true social hub

  • Drive performance – developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans that grow revenue, market share and brand preference

  • Bring the brand to life – leading campaigns, partnerships and experiences that reflect a design-led, locally inspired, and delightfully unexpected approach

  • Lead your team – building and inspiring a high-performing, creative team where individuality is encouraged and ideas are welcomed

  • Champion digital and content – ensuring every touchpoint, from social to distribution, reflects the brand’s voice and drives performance

  • Collaborate globally, act locally – working across IHG commercial teams while ensuring our voice stays distinctly Kimpton

What we need from you

We’re looking for someone who blends commercial sharpness with creativity and personality.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior Sales & Marketing role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results

  • A natural ability to build relationships and create authentic connections

  • A passion for brand storytelling, guest experience and creating moments that feel personal and memorable

  • A leadership style that inspires, empowers and brings out the best in others

  • Confidence to think differently, take thoughtful risks and challenge the expected

  • The ability to embody the brand—bringing energy, individuality and authenticity to everything you do
