1. 负责值班期间工程系统运行监控与日常管控；
2. 及时响应并处置设备突发故障，开展应急抢修，保障设施安全稳定运行；
3. 定期巡检各类机电设备运行状态，规范填写巡检及维修记录，跟进报修事项闭环处理；
4. 协助开展设备日常维护保养及基础技改支持工作。
1. 大专及以上学历，电气工程、暖通、机电一体化或相关工科专业；
2. 持有有效低压电工操作证（或其他与岗位匹配的国家认可特种作业操作资格证书）；
3. 具备3年及以上酒店、商业综合体或大型物业项目工程值班/运行维护工作经验；
4. 熟悉常用机电设备原理及常见故障处理流程，具备独立应急处置能力；
5. 责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作意识；
6. 能够适应轮班制工作安排。
