But could you be the one ensuring our hotel facilities and systems operate efficiently every day? We’re searching for an Engineering Supervisor to support our Engineering team in maintaining hotel facilities, equipment, and operational standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Supervising the daily engineering operations and supporting technicians to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance activities throughout the hotel
● Assisting in the maintenance, repair, and preventive servicing of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
● Conducting routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance
● Responding promptly to maintenance requests, technical issues, and operational emergencies to minimize disruptions to guest experiences
● Coordinating closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Security, and other departments to support smooth hotel operations
● Monitoring engineering tools, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance supplies to maintain operational efficiency
● Supporting training and guidance for engineering team members while promoting safe working practices
● Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, workplace safety procedures, fire & life safety standards, and local regulatory requirements

What We need from you:

● Diploma or higher education qualification in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field preferred
● Minimum 3–5 years of engineering or maintenance experience within a hotel, commercial property, or similar environment, including supervisory exposure preferred
● Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
● Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment and handle operational emergencies when required
● Familiarity with hotel maintenance systems and engineering operations preferred
● Knowledge of workplace safety, fire & life safety, and local engineering compliance standards as required by local regulations
