Hybrid (3-4 days in the office - RCBC Plaza Tower II, Makati City)
Role Description:
- Supports the co-ordination and planning of the regional standards development process and yearly Publication
- Create, maintain, and improve regular and ad-hoc reporting dashboards and activity trackers. Ensure data accuracy and visual clarity for decision-making across the team and region.
- Responsible for the facilitation of the Standards Publication process approval stage-gates (including the internal Approvals from Operations, Legal, Quality leads) Regional Standards Committee), ensuring that new/revised brand standards follow the governance process, aligned with company’s Hotel Ready & Hotel Budget guidance processes.
- Support the evolution of tools and processes in collaboration with global teams (e.g. BRR, Global Systems). Actively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
- Assist in aligning Brand Standards activity with wider Hotel Ready and Quality programmes to ensure consistency, visibility, and operational readiness across EMEAA.
- Coordinate recurring and ad-hoc team meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups. Oversee the management of shared inboxes and act as a first point of contact for standards-related queries.
- Manage the end-to-end facilitation of standards waivers and alternative arrangement submissions, ensuring timely stakeholder engagement and documentation. This includes owning the hotel tickets process by liaising with stakeholders for responses and escalations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years’ experience in corporate environment.
- Previous international company experience.
- Demonstrable experience in working with and across stakeholders from multiple disciplines.
Required Skills:
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects across regions and functions with attention to detail
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach to work.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and extract trends from data, and to formulate recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a digital environment; proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and open to learning new platforms.
- Language skills (beneficial) and cultural awareness (essential) for effective multi-country communications
