Hybrid - 3-4 Days in the office - RCBC Plaza Tower II, Makati City
Role Description:
- Develop and manage the PQP collaboration process across EMEAA. Ensure clear governance of
process and communication. - Collate and review quarterly data provided from IHG Performance Insights and Analytics (PIA) team
which identifies hotels that are not achieving Guest Love scores due to product quality issues. - Co-ordinate input from HPD, Brand and Design & Engineering (D&E) to create a filtered list of hotels
to consider entering the PQP process. - Collaborate with Regional Directors of Operations (DOPs) to provide supporting evidence and
confirmation of hotels identified for a Performance Essentials PQP. Create, confirm and implement
investment agreements and timeframes for completion of projects. - Trigger the PQP process with D&E team to initiate client engagement.
- Serve as the conduit between Operations, D&E, Brand and HPD to track progress through the
Performance Essentials programme and ensure records are accurately maintained in OneForce and
GOLS systems. - Support administration of the Performance Essentials programme across EMEAA, in areas such as
hotel communication, invoicing and sanctions process. Collaborate with Learning & Development
team on scheduling, delivery & tracking of learning interventions for Performance Essentials hotels. - Track and ensure accurate records are maintained in OneForce for Performance Essentials & PQP, in
particular owner meeting output and subsequent actions, learning attendance, sanctions
communications. - Own the recording of engagement with hotel management companies of 5 hotels or more.
- Responsible of checking data accuracy at the end of each PE cycle.
- Support the line manager in overseeing and coordinating the compliance program across the EMEAA
region, ensuring alignment between them
Skills:
- Exceptional strategic thinking with a proven ability to analyse markets, performance data and
business issues and draw insight/conclusions to drive performance - Strong financial acumen and understanding of the drivers of Owner ROI
- Strong understanding of Brand Management disciplines (Brand Identity / Guest Experience / Design /
Marketing Comms) - Knowledgeable of the various EMEAA markets and broader regions, related economic and business
factors and hotel operations - Demonstrated project management experience in organising, planning and executing large-scale
projects end-to-end - Demonstrated people and business leadership skills, including the ability to work collaboratively at all
levels of a global matrix organisation, and to maintain strong relationships with external partners - Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills and executive presence for
providing information to executive team, business partners, owners and other external partners - Experience with Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc) and other relevant tools
desirable (i.e. Tableau)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and workrelated experience.
Experience: - Experience working in either corporate, consultancy or hospitality venue with a focus or exposure to
operations - Demonstrable experience in project management, ideally in the delivery of performance initiatives in
a complex environment with budget responsibilities - Experience in managing and influencing a broad range of stakeholders across a matrix organisation
