We have an exciting opportunity for an Emirati National to join our team as an F&B Design Partnership Specialist, based in our Dubai office and supporting the Director of F&B Design Partnerships.

As our Food & Beverage portfolio continues to grow across the Middle East, this role offers an excellent entry point into the world of F&B concept design, hospitality partnerships, and luxury guest experience development.

This is a junior, development-focused role, ideal for someone at the early stages of their career who is keen to learn, contribute, and gain hands-on exposure to high-profile hospitality projects. You’ll support multiple projects across our regional hotel portfolio and work closely with internal teams, hotel owners, designers, and consultants — gaining valuable insight into how world-class dining concepts are developed and delivered.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day coordination, research, and documentation support to the F&B Design & Partnerships team, helping projects progress smoothly and consistently.

• Support the organisation and maintenance of project documentation and digital filing systems for active and upcoming F&B projects.
• Assist in managing project records such as design submissions, concept presentations, meeting notes, correspondence, and development timelines.
• Help refresh and update existing documentation, converting legacy materials into clear, professional, and reusable formats.
• Assist in developing standard templates for strategy summaries, feasibility overviews, competitor research, site assessments, and design review processes.
• Conduct research and benchmarking across regional and global restaurant and bar concepts, design trends, service styles, and luxury hospitality experiences.
• Gather and compile market insights on dining trends, guest preferences, and brand positioning to support early stage concept development.
• Help build and maintain a centralised digital library of restaurant and bar concepts, categorised by cuisine type, service style, and market positioning.
• Provide support for internal and external meetings by helping prepare agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-up actions.

• Assist in summarising feedback, discussions, and project updates into clear, well-structured, presentation ready materials.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for an Emirati National with a strong interest in hospitality, design, and food & beverage concepts, who is organised, curious, and eager to learn.

• A degree in hospitality, design, business, or a related field (or a strong interest in these areas).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• An interest in restaurant concepts, interior design, guest experience, and luxury hospitality.
• A proactive, structured, and reliable approach to work.
• The ability to work independently with guidance while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing clear and well-structured documents.
