About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and creative F&B Marketing Leader to elevate the visibility, storytelling, and commercial success of our world-class restaurants, bars, and culinary experiences.

This role works closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Marketing & Communications, responsible for shaping F&B branding, driving revenue through strategic campaigns, and creating theatrical concepts that make our venues truly “In the Know.”

You will bring our F&B concepts to life across local, national, and international markets—crafting innovative content that inspires guests and strengthens our position as one of Thailand’s most iconic luxury resorts.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Build sales strategies and drive F&B revenue through targeted promotions, loyalty programs (including IHG One Rewards dining offers), partnerships, and special events.
  • Identify and develop key sales leads from Phuket and Bangkok markets.

Brand & Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and grow F&B brands across Phuket, Thailand, and global markets.
  • Lead creative, digital, and traditional marketing campaigns for all F&B venues.
  • Create vibrant, theatrical storytelling and content that enhances guest experience and builds venue excitement.

Public Relations & Media

  • Coordinate PR activities, press events, media interactions, and influencer partnerships (in collaboration with MarCom).
  • Develop strong relationships with key media, industry partners, producers, and event organizers.

Guest & Community Engagement

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with local communities, travel partners, event producers, and business networks.
  • Conduct client visits, familiarization trips, and site inspections.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Team Collaboration

  • Provide coaching and support to sales team members and new hires.
  • Work closely with F&B management, operations, digital marketing, and hotel leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing, preferably in hotels, F&B concepts, lifestyle brands, or luxury environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Thai language is an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with strong understanding of F&B trends, social media dynamics, and guest experience.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and perform under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of Phuket market preferred.
