岗位职责
1、指导和监督餐厅的日常工作,保证经营业务的正常进行。
2、负责制打服务质量标准与服务程序。巡视检查各项工作的具体实施,纠正不符合规范的行为,改进服务方法与态度。
3、组织安排员工的工作,监督制定排班表,招聘新员工,制订培训计划。
4、评估员工的工作表现,保证执行各项规章制度,解决有关问题。
5、发展良好的客际关系,为客人进行特殊服务,处理客人投诉。
6、负责营业额、经费及劳动成本的预算工作。
7、撰写菜肴推销方案,利用纯熟的推销技巧做好促销工作。
8、协调餐厅与厨房之间的关系,及时反馈信息,建立以客人为中心的服务意识。
