As our F&B Supervisor, your mission is to maintain the high standards of "True Hospitality" that our guests expect, ensuring that every service—from a quiet breakfast to a high-profile corporate meeting—runs with effortless precision and elegance. 

• Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience;
• Assist in training, supervising, and motivating the F&B team;
• Maintain high standards of service by inspecting the presentation of food and beverage items and addressing any service issues promptly;
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, particularly in alignment with opening protocols;
• Support with setting up service areas, arranging furniture, and implementing F&B layouts for opening readiness;
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient supply chain operations;

• Manage guest feedback and handle any complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

   

What we need from You 

• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage within a luxury hotel or similar high-end establishment; 
• Strong organisational and time management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; 
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high standards;
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food & beverage operations; 
• Flexible night, weekend and holiday shifts;

• Fluent speaking both Portuguese and English
