Are you passionate about creating content that inspires travellers and drives bookings? As a Field Marketing Services Executive, Europe, you’ll play a key role in shaping the online presence of our franchised and managed hotels across Europe. Working closely with our Field Marketing Services Managers, you’ll help develop engaging content for ihg.com and key OTAs — supporting both exciting new hotel openings and our vibrant existing portfolio. Even better, if you have a flair for digital marketing, a keen eye for performance data, and enjoy turning insights into action, this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark.

Your day to day
- Develop hotel content for a variety of hotels across Europe.
- Work with hotels on developing and implementing Marketing content strategy on both IHG.com and on OTAs.
- Consult on tactical marketing plan and focus on driving incremental, profitable revenue to support the hotel to meet their business targets.
- Develop extensive knowledge on digital media channels and tools IHG can provide to the hotels.
- Build digital capability and manage the implementation of digital services for hotels.
- Deliver communications tothe hotels and document all interactions with the hotels i.e.. Planning meetings, presentations, review of results etc.
- Always act in the best way possible for the hotels to activate and push further FMS channels further.
- Building digital capability and supporting the development of digital services for hotels.
- Project management of specific initiatives.
- Travel required in specific situations.

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
- 1+ years hands on marketing or hospitality experience, preferably within a large multinational company.
- Experience working with collaborative teams.
- Project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye.
- Copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
- Understanding of hotel industry, in particular digital or hotel marketing.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise workload from multiple stakeholders.
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Additional Language skills are an advantage.
- A second language is a plus, but not essential.
