As Finance & Business Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role as a trusted commercial partner to the General Manager and Executive Team, leading the hotel’s financial operations and shaping strategic decision-making across the business.
This twelve-month fixed-term opportunity, covering maternity leave, offers exposure to a dynamic, high-performing luxury hotel environment during a period of focus, continuity and commercial momentum.

- People Leadership - Lead and develop a capable Finance team through clear direction, coaching and collaboration. Foster a strong one-team culture and build financial capability across the wider hotel.
- Commercial Partnership - Act as a trusted business partner to the General Manager and Executive Team, providing timely insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Financial Governance & Control - Oversee all hotel financial operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance with brand standards, company policy and legislation. Manage relationships with owners, auditors and regulators.
- Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes, supporting department heads with analysis that identifies risks, efficiencies and performance opportunities.
- Cash Flow & Asset Management - Optimise cash flow through effective controls over inventory, credit, collections, payables and capital expenditure, including evaluation of capital ROI.
- Guest Experience & Responsible Business - Ensure financial systems support a seamless guest experience while championing ethical, compliant and sustainable financial practices across the hotel.
What we are looking for
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline is essential for this role.
- A minimum of four to five years' experience in hotel finance, audit or a similar commercial environment, including demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- Strong Technical Capability - Comprehensive knowledge across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll and statutory compliance, with the confidence to oversee end-to-end hotel financial operations.
- Commercial Mindset - The ability to analyse financial data, identify trends and risks, and translate insights into practical recommendations that support business performance and decision-making.
- Leadership & Influence - A collaborative and confident leadership style, with strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Professional Integrity - High attention to detail, sound judgement and a strong commitment to ethical, compliant and accountable financial practices.
