Salary: 4000 - 6000
1. 负责酒店客房楼层日常运营管理工作，统筹安排客房清洁、布草更换、设施巡检及安全巡查等任务；
2. 监督并指导楼层服务人员执行服务标准，确保宾客入住体验符合酒店服务质量要求；
3. 协调处理宾客投诉与特殊需求，及时上报并跟进解决重大服务问题；
4. 配合前厅、工程、安保等部门开展跨部门协作，保障楼层区域运营顺畅与安全；
5. 按要求完成工作记录、交接班报告及管理台账，确保信息准确、可追溯。
1. 有五星级酒店相关经验的优先；
2. 具备1年以上高星级酒店客房部基层管理经验，熟悉客房运营全流程及服务标准；
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力及突发事件应对能力；
4. 熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的数据统计与报表制作能力；
5. 持有健康证明，无法律禁止从业的情形，符合岗位所要求的身体条件与职业素养。
