Which is why Crowne Plaza Canberra is looking for Part-time Food and Beverage attendant to grow a great team, who will 'll be delivering unforgettable experiences through warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service across our Restaurant, Lume Bar and Conferencing.
A little taste of your day to day
- Understanding the menu and promotional activities
- Handling cash and credit transactions
- Setting up and packing down functions and events
- Ensuring guest enquiries and restaurant dining reservations are followed through in a professional manner
- Preparing and serving food & drinks to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests
- Collaborating with our Events team and Kitchen to provide seamless service across our Food & Beverage Offerings
What We need from you:
- Communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail – creating amazing guest service moments with the team
- Flexibility - working, weekends and public holidays are all part of the job
- Ability to work in a team and a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads, as well as assist in supporting the team with other duties as required
- Excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Motivation – your presence will impact your team and our guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energized
- Most importantly a passion for food & beverage
- A current RSA certificate
- You must have working rights in Australia - If you are applying from outside of Australia, please specify your Australian work visa status in your application.
