Job Overview:

- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing F&B team across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences.
- Align all F&B operations with IHG brand standards and property-specific goals.
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to design menus that are innovative, locally relevant, and aligned with guest expectations.
- Monitor daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team performance, implementing continuous improvement strategies.
- Drive commercial success through effective forecasting, cost control, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with local health and safety regulations, IHG brand policies, and sustainability goals.
- Foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and empowerment within the department.
- Support IHG’s Journey to Tomorrow commitments by promoting ethical sourcing, waste reduction, and local community engagement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the F&B offering enhances the hotel's reputation and contributes to guest loyalty.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage leadership roles, ideally within international hotel brands.
- Proven experience managing multi-outlet operations in upscale or luxury environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- A guest-centric mindset with a deep understanding of quality service delivery.
- Financial acumen with a solid grasp of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in F&B systems and tools (e.g., Opera, MICROS).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
