Join Us as a Multilingual Guest Greeter– Enhancing Our Services for Chinese Guests
We are hiring a multilingual staff member to welcome and assist our guests, especially those from overseas.
If you speak English and Chinese, this is your chance to shine in an international hospitality environment.
【Main Responsibilities】
・Greeting and assisting guests in the lobby and at the front desk
・Support for check-in and check-out procedures
・Answering guest inquiries
・Helping with luggage and arrival support
・Providing in-room language assistance if needed
・Offering information about the hotel and surrounding areas
・Conducting floor patrols and safety checks
What we need from you
【Preferred Skills】
・Experience in front desk operations
・Ability to handle unexpected guest issues
・English and Chinese communication skills
