Your day to day

1. Digital Marketing & Revenue-Driven Strategy

-       Manage and optimize all digital revenue streams to maximize hotel revenue opportunities across online platforms.

-       Drive direct bookings through the hotel’s IHG website, developing strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates.

-       Develop and promote online packages in collaboration with the Revenue Team, ensuring seamless execution and performance tracking.

-       Oversee direct booking links, package promotions, and meta-search optimizations.

-       Execute campaigns to drive day pass sales, strengthening the hotel's digital presence for leisure offerings.

-       Ensure all website promotions, offers, and packages remain updated and aligned with hotel goals.

-       Manage Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda, ensuring rate parity, content accuracy, and revenue optimization.

-       Optimize IHG Boost campaigns and paid digital promotions to maximize bookings and conversions.

-       Conduct competitor analysis, benchmarking the hotel’s positioning against the market.

-       Maintain and update digital kiosks, online content, and in-house promotional materials.

 

2. Copywriting & Content Management

-       Write and edit website copy, landing pages, digital ads, and promotional materials, ensuring engaging and SEO-optimized messaging.

-       Coordinate with IHG corporate teams to ensure timely content updates across IHG platforms and external booking sites.

-       Ensure all photography and visual content meet brand standards before publication.

 

3. Digital Coordination, Offline Marketing & Project Management

-       Ensure that all in-house marketing collateral (posters, digital screens, brochures, menus, in-room materials) aligns with brand guidelines.

-       Oversee photoshoots to ensure high-quality visual assets.

-       Act as the liaison between the Marketing Director and other departments for smooth execution of marketing tasks.

-       Oversee the hotel’s boat management system, ensuring digital booking and guest communication processes run efficiently.

- Manage marketing invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.

- Organize and coordinate monthly photoshoots for high-quality content.

 

4. Performance Marketing & Campaign Tracking

-       Manage and optimize PPC, SEO, meta-search, and digital advertising campaigns.

-       Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies for improvement.

-       Maintain a weekly and monthly marketing tracker.

 

-       Analyze guest behavior, booking trends, and digital campaign results.

 

5. Google Listings & Online Reputation Management

-       Manage and update all Google Listings for the hotel, boat stations, restaurants, and property-related locations.

-       Drive guest reviews on Google and other platforms, ensuring continuous engagement.

-       Implement a weekly tracking system for guest feedback trends.

-       Respond to guest reviews and inquiries promptly.

 

6. Third-Party Listings & Media Coordination

-       Manage hotel and restaurant listings on third-party platforms and media outlets, ensuring visibility and accuracy.

-       Source and coordinate promotional placements with lifestyle, travel, and hospitality platforms.

-       Maintain relationships with media partners and online travel platforms to ensure the property remains top-of-mind for travelers.

 

7. Partnerships & Footfall-Driving Initiatives

-       Identify and maintain partnerships with banks, credit card providers, and corporate partners to drive exclusive offers and increase direct bookings.

-       Negotiate strategic partnerships to boost hotel and restaurant footfall.

-       Work with local businesses, tourism boards, and event organizers to create joint marketing initiatives.

8. Spa & F&B Marketing Initiatives

-       Develop and implement marketing concepts for F&B and Spa promotions to drive bookings.

-       Collaborate with internal teams to create seasonal campaigns and special dining experiences.

-       Execute digital ad campaigns and target promotions for F&B and Spa offerings.

-       Work with external partners and influencers to promote F&B and Spa experiences.

9. IHG Dining Deals & IHG One Rewards Program

-       Drive IHG Dining Deals promotions to ensure strong guest engagement.

-       Promote and optimize the IHG One Rewards Program, integrating it into digital campaigns.

 

10. Secure Pay Listings & Daily Booking Management

-       Manage and optimize Secure Pay listings, ensuring smooth transaction processes.

-       Monitor daily bookings and transactions, ensuring accurate reporting and revenue tracking.

-       Resolve any technical or operational issues related to online booking systems and Secure Pay.

 

11. Guest & Influencer Engagement

-       Welcome and assist VIP guests, media, and influencers to ensure a seamless experience.

-       Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers to create high-quality digital content.

 

12. Database Collection & Email/WhatsApp Marketing

-       Drive opt-in, consent-based database collection for targeted marketing.

-       Segment guest databases into categories (F&B, Spa, corporate, etc.).

Manage and execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to improve guest engagement and retention

 13. Social Media Management

-       Work with agencies on the monthly content calendar and assist with daily content needs.

-       Support social media channels, including guest inquiries and community management.

 

-       Capture special events, parties, and corporate gatherings for social media content.


What we need from you

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

-       Hospitality background is a must, with experience in hotel marketing, or e-commerce.

-       Experience in email and WhatsApp marketing, managing guest databases, and targeted marketing segmentation.

-       Strong networking and negotiation skills to secure partnerships and promotional opportunities.

-       Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines with pro-active approach and multi-tasking.
