• Maintain standards in the Restaurants at all times as per Outlet guidelines
•Takes full control of the Outlet in the absence of the outlet/asst. manager
•To be a role model for the team and lead by example
•Ensure Captains, Waiters/Waitress are fully briefed on outlet standards and follow up to ensure they are followed
•Helps the outlet manager create and design all new food & beverage menus
•Report any guests complaint to the outlet manager
•Ensure proper rotation of all items in outlet stores
•All maintenance issues to be followed up on a daily basis
Logbooks and administration to be maintained
•All tips from your section to be declared to the outlet manager
•Encourage sales through great service at all times
• Assigns stations to the Captains, Waiter/Waitress
•Ensure level of service is maintained
• Attend all daily briefings during working hours
• Set training plans for six months in advance
• Attend all scheduled trainings and meetings
• Conduct training and coaching on job and off job when required
• Ensure the staff in outlet are well motivated
• Carry out any additional duties
• Works in other outlets as and when required
•To work with the Outlet Chef of the kitchen assigned to prepare food items for the outlet.
•To prepare with this Outlet Chef Recipes and specifications for canapés, snacks and other food items
• To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct employee fashion and name badges at all times.
• To ensure that all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

•To ensure that all operating standards comply with Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and Minimum Standards.
•To supervise the employees within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Department's Operations Manual.
•To ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
•To respond to changes in departmental functions as dictated by the industry, the company, or the hotel.
•To maintain health and safety standards of the hotel by reporting all health and safety and security violations for immediate action.
•Well aware of CP-Bahrain FLS Manual.
•To be well aware of Fire and BT evacuation plan & assembly point.
•All equipments to be stored well and kept clean with monthly inventory
•Requisitions to be performed on time and accurately
•All park stocks to be maintained
•Report all missing items
•attends the revenue room in the absence of the outlet/asst manager
