Your day to day

Your Role

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding dining experiences. You will oversee daily operations, support your team on the floor, ensure service standards are upheld, and be a true ambassador of the guest experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule front-of-house team members

• Ensure smooth service delivery and consistent guest satisfaction

• Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards

• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments for seamless operations

• Support and inspire your team, leading by example

What we need from you

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 of experience in a similar F&B leadership role

• Fully bilingual – French and English

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize efficiently

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Experience in a unionized environment or related studies is an asset

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent

• Shifts: 8 hours/day; day, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
