The Multi/Electromechanical Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electromechanical systems, equipment, and facilities. This role requires strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the property.
Your day to day

Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues in electromechanical systems, including motors, pumps, control panels, HVAC units, and plumbing systems.

Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.

Maintain and repair electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, wiring, and control systems.

Perform mechanical works including pumps, valves, piping, kitchen/laundry equipment, and other machinery.

Respond promptly to breakdowns, service requests, and maintenance calls to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and service logs.

Support energy-saving initiatives and contribute to sustainability practices.

Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.
What we need from you

Diploma / Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.

Proven experience as an Electromechanical or Multi-skilled Technician, preferably in hospitality, facilities management, or industrial settings.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC, and plumbing.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
