3、督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管。
4、有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的每月工作计划。
5、英语对话流利,有较强的协调管理能力,具有一定的销售能力。
6、全面掌握前台收银方面的财务基础知识,能处理日常服务环节中所涉及到的财务方面的问题。
