RESPONSIBILITIES

Create Lasting Impressions: Welcome guests with genuine warmth during check-in and check-out, using their names to create a personal and memorable experience.

Anticipate Every Need: Assign rooms with care and precision, ensuring each guest’s preferences and expectations are met seamlessly.

Exemplify Amstel Standards: Work according to the hotel’s standards and scheduled shifts – including morning and evening shifts, and night shifts when needed.

Assist with Care: Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and with elegance, involving management when needed to ensure complete satisfaction.

Guide with Confidence: Provide accurate and helpful information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and surroundings, enriching each guest’s experience in our city.

REQUIREMENTS

• A true team player, who enjoys working together to create exceptional guest experiences;
• A passion for luxury hospitality and a natural sense of service;
• Detail-oriented, creative, and highly motivated to exceed expectations;
• A positive attitude and a warm, welcoming presence;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect effortlessly with guests and colleagues;
• A good command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
• Familiarity with Opera PMS is an advantage.
