Located in the vibrant city of Bandung, this 277-room hotel is strategically positioned with strong connectivity to Jakarta, making it a preferred destination for corporate, government, and social events. The hotel features extensive meeting and convention facilities, including a large ballroom and multiple function rooms, positioning it as a key MICE destination in the market.

With a strong mix of corporate, government, and social demand, the property offers a well-established platform with clear opportunities to further strengthen its positioning and performance. The role

• Full accountability for the hotel’s performance, profitability, and market positioning

• Leading a large-scale, MICE-driven operation with a strong mix of corporate, government, and social event business

• Working in close partnership with ownership to drive profitability and long-term asset value

• Driving performance through active market engagement and revenue optimisation across rooms, MICE, and F&B

• Building a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational discipline across a sizeable team

• Representing the hotel within the local market and broader IHG network

What we need from you

• Proven General Manager or Hotel Manager experience in a full-service, internationally branded city hotel, ideally with strong MICE exposure

• Commercially driven, with a track record in corporate, government, and event business, and strong market awareness

• Strong operational leadership, with the ability to elevate F&B performance, guest experience, and service consistency

• Solid financial acumen, including full P&L ownership and cost discipline

• A leadership style that builds high-performing teams and ensures accountability

• Fluency in English; experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia preferred
