You're an inspiring leader with a passion for luxury hospitality and a drive for excellence. With pre-opening experience or a proven track record as a high-performing Director of Operations, you're ready to lead a landmark launch.
Whether you're a seasoned GM or stepping into your first GM role, you bring vision, energy, and a guest-first mindset — ready to shape the future of InterContinental Pokhara.
Required Experience and Attributes:
- Pre-opening experience in luxury hotels
Proven ability to lead the successful launch of hotel operations, including recruitment, systems setup, service design, and brand positioning. - Background in luxury hospitality
Demonstrated experience in delivering high-touch, brand-led guest experiences within a Luxury environment. - Leadership readiness
Currently serving either as a Luxury General Manager, or you are a high-performing Luxury Director of Operations seeking a first General Manager role. - Regional expertise
Familiarity with operating in the South West Asia (SWA) region, with an understanding of market trends, cultural dynamics, and operational standards. - Fluency in English
Strong communication skills are essential; additional languages are an advantage. - Hospitality leadership
A genuine passion for hospitality, with a people-first leadership style that motivates, empowers, and drives excellence across all areas of the business.
