We’re seeking commercially driven General Managers who thrive in pre-opening environments and are energised by building hotels from the ground up.

The role

• Lead the pre-opening and hotel launches, from setup through to stabilised operations
• Take ownership of commercial performance and P&L outcomes
• Establish strong market positioning and drive demand across key segments
• Partner closely with ownership on performance and long-term asset value
• Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams

What we need from you

• Strong hotel leadership experience with a commercial and strategic mindset
• Track record of driving performance and delivering results
• Experience in pre-opening, repositioning, or growth environments is an advantage
• Confident stakeholder management with owners and partners
• Familiarity with Malaysia or similar markets is beneficial
• Open to high-potential first-time General Managers
