A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

● Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work across the hotel

● Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance issues

● Responding promptly to guest and departmental maintenance requests

● Monitoring and maintaining hotel equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure optimal performance

● Assisting with routine inspections and reporting any defects or safety concerns

● Maintaining accurate maintenance records and work logs

● Supporting the team in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property

What we need from you:

● Technical certification or relevant experience in hotel/building maintenance

● Sound knowledge of plumbing systems and repairs (mandatory)

● Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems

● Good communication and teamwork skills

● Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to maintenance emergencies

● Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability

● Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
