We’re looking for a Global Internal Communications Manager to join our team, based in our Global Headquarters in Windsor, to play a central role in delivering bold, creative, and high-impact communications across our global business.
Working alongside the Director of Global Internal Communications, you’ll shape how we share our story with our corporate teams, hotel owners, and colleagues. From strategic messaging to change communications, you’ll bring clarity and purpose to everything we do.
What you’ll do:
- Be a trusted advisor: Partner directly with our senior leadership team, including the CEO, to ensure key messages align with our vision and strategy that land with impact across a global audience.
- Create campaigns that connect: Design and deliver engaging internal communications campaigns that reflect IHG’s tone and values, drive understanding, and build pride.
- Champion our strategy: Help tell the story of our business performance and priorities in ways that resonate at every level, from boardroom to back-of-house.
- Collaborate globally: Work across functions and regions to ensure consistency and cultural relevance in everything we communicate.
- Innovate with channels: Support the use of platforms and tools that help our messages cut through, from video to digital signage and everything in between.
- Work with the best: Manage relationships with creative agencies and content partners to produce communications that feel fresh, meaningful, and unmistakably IHG.
What you’ll bring:
- Global experience: A proven track record in internal communications within a multinational environment, ideally with experience supporting transformation and senior leadership.
- Creative flair and strategic insight: You’ll think big-picture while delivering comms that are beautifully crafted, purposeful, and on-brand.
- Exceptional storytelling: You know how to turn complex messages into compelling, clear, and engaging content.
