Key Responsibilities: Creative Design & Branding
  • Design and produce a variety of materials including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, signage, menus, event collateral, and internal communications.
  • Ensure all visual communications are aligned with IHG’s brand standards and maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and hotel initiatives.
Digital & Social Media Support
  • Design engaging content for web, email marketing, and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Support motion graphics and video editing for short clips, reels, and digital advertising (if applicable).
  • Optimize graphics for performance and responsiveness across devices.
Photography & Visual Asset Management
  • Assist with or coordinate photoshoots for the hotel, events, and key personnel (as needed).
  • Maintain an organized library of all design files, image assets, and templates.
  • Select and edit photos for use across print and digital materials.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with Sales, F&B, Spa, and other departments to support their promotional needs with branded materials.
  • Liaise with external printers, agencies, and vendors to ensure high-quality production and delivery.
  • Manage multiple design requests and meet project deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong visual, conceptual, and typographic skills.
  • Basic photography and photo editing skills are an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, creative thinker, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; Thai language skills are a plus.
