Group Sales Coordinator

Our hotels bring people together. We’re searching for a confident and detail oriented Groups Sales Coordinator who excels at coordinating group bookings, and building strong client relationships. The Groups Sales Coordinator will work closely with our Sales & Marketing team, providing support to drive sales and ensure the seamless execution of group sales processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment—while consistently exceeding sales targets to help us fill our rooms and event spaces.

● Manage group bookings and coordinate all details of the group experience from start to finish
● Serve as the key liaison between clients and hotel departments to ensure a seamless and successful stay
● Prepare reports and documentation including booking pace and group pick up
● Support the sales team with site tours, client visits and special events related to group sales
● Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients throughout the entire group booking journey, from initial inquiry to post-stay follow-up
● Creating and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
 

● Previous experience in hotel sales, front office, or reservation is strongly preferred
● Passion for delivering excellent client experiences and client engagement
● Confidence in proactively preventing problems and handling service recovery when needed
● Love of working in a fast-paced and motivated team with a desire to take the next step in your career
● Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
● Strong administrative and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
● A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new things
