Join us as our new Group Sales Manager :

For InterContinental Genève and Crowne Plaza Geneva, you will manage residential events from the contract signature and participates in revenue optimization and in the processing of non-residential requests, as per follow:

  • Ensure the sale of accommodations & conference space and facilities in accordance with the establishments’ sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure the processing of guest requests in a personalized way and formulates proposals adapted to the requests.
  • Reply to guests according to the brand standards.
  • Responsible for negotiations, site inspections and signing contracts residential clients.
  • Use lead qualification and group conversion process on a daily base in order to increase the conversion rate.
  • Work on revenue optimization by upselling and by keeping informed of market trends in order to adapt the offer and optimize sales.
  • Ensure the processing of important guest requests in a personalized way and formulates proposals adapted to the requests. 
  • Establish estimates according to clients’ requests and conducts commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain high quality contact with key clients.
  • Listen constantly to the clients, pay attention to their reactions and comment the eventual reasons for dissatisfaction. 
What we need from you

Higher degree in Hospitality Management and/or Business Administration. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as Group Sales Manager and/or 1 to 2 years of experience as a Manager within a hotel establishment of the same category (4- or 5- star) and capacity (+200 rooms).

Fluent French and English. Mastering a third foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Opera and Delphi.

You are an adaptable, well-organized, reactive, business-oriented and multi-skilled person. You are acknowledged for your strong negotiation and communication capabilities as well as for your ability to be proactive and to work in team.
