We’re searching for a Guest Experience Supervisor to support our team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Supporting the daily guest experience operations and ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered across all guest touchpoints
● Welcoming guests, handling special requests, and creating personalized experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
● Responding promptly and professionally to guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery situations
● Coordinating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
● Assisting with VIP arrivals, room preparations, amenities, and special occasions to deliver memorable stays
● Monitoring guest feedback platforms and supporting initiatives to improve guest satisfaction scores and service quality
● Training and motivating team members to maintain a warm, engaging, and service-focused environment
● Supporting daily operational reporting and ensuring smooth communication during shift handovers

What We need from you:

● Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
● Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Guest Experience operations within a hotel environment
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
● Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences
● Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
● Familiarity with hotel property management systems and guest service platforms preferred
● Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations
