We don’t just offer beds — we offer great mornings, friendly faces, and seamless experiences. As our Guest Experience Supervisor, you’ll be at the centre of it all — leading the front office operations and ensuring our guests feel truly cared for from arrival to departure.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Each day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Supervising daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions
- Leading and coaching the Guest Service team to deliver warm, efficient, and consistent service
- Responding to guest feedback and handling any service recovery with empathy and professionalism
- Working closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure guest needs are met proactively
- Taking ownership of key guest satisfaction metrics and continuously looking for ways to improve the experience
What we need from you:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field
- 2–3 years of Front Office experience in a hotel
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for service and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example
- Team-first mindset with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
