2. Key Responsibilities Guest Rooms

Clean and service assigned guest rooms as per IHG/HIEX standards.

Make beds, replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure all room equipment is functional.

Handle lost and found items as per hotel policy.

Report maintenance issues immediately to the Supervisor.

Public Areas

Maintain cleanliness of corridors, elevators, staircases, and other public spaces.

Replenish supplies in designated service areas.

Ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.

Guest Interaction

Greet guests politely and respond to any requests promptly.

Ensure guest satisfaction through efficient and courteous service.

Coordinate with Front Office for special requests (extra beds, amenities, etc.).

Operational Support

Follow the daily task assignment sheet provided by the Supervisor.

Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely as per hotel SOPs.

Maintain housekeeping trolleys in a clean and organized manner.

Participate in deep cleaning schedules and inventory checks.

3. Skills & Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Time management and ability to handle workload efficiently.

Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
