Job Overview :
Perform entry-level human resources and administrative duties in line with the hotel's Human Resources programs and philosophies. Provide basic employee assistance, often serving as initial point of contact for human resources-related matters.

Duties and responsibilities :
- Coordinate the recruitment function of the hotel
- Maintain /update HR related records
- Effective colleague communication through various channels
- Support fulfilment of HR statutory compliance
- Monitoring of colleague Attendance
- Monitor and ensure colleague facilities like Lockers, Bunker, Cafeteria, Transportation, Accommodation etc.
- Responsible for the upkeep and timely updation of Heart of the House
- Drive various colleague engagement initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for all colleagues when in need
- Support drive various IHG people initiatives at the hotel
- Regular cordial interactions with colleagues to make them feel 'Accessible HR'
Qualifications and requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree/ A post-graduation in Human Resources Management is desirable
0–1-year related experience in Human Resources.
