Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown is on the hunt for a passionate and energetic HR Intern to join our HR Gang. This is not your typical internship – we’re not about photocopying papers and watching from the sidelines. We want someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, dive into projects, learn the ropes of HR in a fast-paced lifestyle hotel, and help us keep the good vibes flowing.

You’ll be our behind-the-scenes superstar; supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, training coordination, HR admin tasks, and some seriously fun team events. We want someone who can think on their feet, isn’t afraid to share ideas, and knows how to bring both professionalism and personality to the table. We value authenticity, creativity, and a great sense of humour. ??

What We Need From You

This internship is perfect for a university student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field who’s looking to gain hands-on experience in a hotel that dares to be different. 

Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude are a must. Prior hospitality experience is a plus but passion and willingness to learn are what we truly care about.
