A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assisting in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires and interns
• Supporting in employee engagement initiatives and hotel-wide activities
• Preparing and organizing IHG Academy internship placements and trainings
• Helping in content creation for HR communications and internal channels
• Managing HR documentation and filing systems.
• Collaborating with departments to enhance colleague experience

What we need from you

• Business Administration or HR student (or any related field)
• Must speak fluent English 
• Other languages may be preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong presentation & communication skills
• Creative with content creation & social media
• Positive attitude and a growth mindset
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
• Passionate about people and employee experience
