A little taste of your day to day 

• Craft and serve a wide range of creative and classic cocktails with precision and flair
• Together with the Restaurant's leadership team, you will train and lead the food and beverage team, setting the standard for incredible excellence 
• Collaborate with our Partner Chef Gareth Stewart and his culinary team to develop and execute beverage programs that complement the Restaurant's menu.
• Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation and guest satisfaction 
• Manage inventory, ordering and vendor relationships to maintain an efficient bar operation
• Be an Ambassador for the InterContinental Auckland brand and provide exceptional service to all guests

What we need from you 

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender or similar role in the hospitality role 
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktail mixology - certification in Mixology or a related field is a plus
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills 
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest service
