職務内容と責任 (Duties and Responsibilities)
ヘッドセラピスト兼ローカルトレーナーとして、以下の業務において円滑な運営を行う全責任を担います 。
•    オペレーションと品質管理: ブランド基準に従ってトリートメントを実施し、トリートメントルームのセットアップやオープン・クローズ業務が基準通りに行われているか確認します 。また、全てのセラピストを指導・サポートし、一貫した高いサービスレベルを維持します 。
•    チーム育成: ローカルトレーナーとして、新規採用者へのオリエンテーションや月次トレーニングを実施し、スキル評価やレポート作成を行います 。
•    ゲスト体験と売上: 迅速で正確なサービスを提供し、苦情発生時は効果的なリカバリーを行います 。また、トリートメントや製品のアップセルを通じて、売上目標の達成を推進します 。
•    在庫と事務: 備品の在庫管理、棚卸し、発注リクエストを行い、日報やゲストコメントなどの書類を正確に記入します 。
•    サステナビリティ: 「サステナビリティ・チャンピオン」として、環境活動の計画実行、省エネ、プラスチック削減に取り組みます 。
応募資格と経験 (Skills and Experience)
•    経験: ラグジュアリースパやヘルスクラブでの同等以上の職務経験3年以上 。
•    資格: 解剖生理学、マッサージ、美容セラピーの専門知識または学位(NVQ、ITEC、CIDESCOのいずれか) 。
•    スキル: MS Office、ホテルシステム(POS、PMS、CRM)の知識 。
•    語学: 日本語と英語の両方で、優れた読み書きおよび会話能力 。

Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, I will behave in a professional manner and set an example to all, abiding by Six Senses principles and core values while helping to build a strong, loyal team.
Operational Ownership & Quality Maintenance
•    Organize and perform treatments according to established standards.
•    Check and set up daily operations of the Spa according to Six Senses Spas standards.
•    Ensure treatment rooms have enough supplies at all times and are set up as per standards.
•    Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in good working condition, maintaining safe environments for usage.
•    Lead and motivate all therapists to a level of service that exceeds guest expectations by ensuring consistent performance.
•    Monitor that hosts perform opening and closing procedures according to standards.
Team Development & Training
•    Provide departmental orientation to newly recruited hosts.
•    Conduct monthly training with the Spa Team following individual training plans and requirements on the training calendar.
•    Provide all relevant training reports to the spa and home office.
•    Appraise all therapists’ therapy skills in conjunction with the Wellness Manager and Assistant Wellness Manager.
•    Create therapist rosters in conjunction with the Wellness Manager and take an active part in team leadership.
Guest Experience & Sales
•    Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to guests at all times.
•    Effectively carry out service recovery in the event of guest complaints to the satisfaction of the guest.
•    Achieve individual and group targets in sales and promote the upselling of spa treatments, products, packages, and the Visiting Experts Calendar.
•    Upsell all property facilities and activities.
•    Assist Spa Reception whenever needed and provide wellness activities or workshops if required.
Inventory & Administration
•    Request and log stock of supplies necessary for the treatment rooms and monitor product usage.
•    Conduct monthly inventory control and carry out stock counts for both retail and professional stock.
•    Fill in all necessary documents, including daily logbooks, lost & found, guest comments, and product recommendations.
Sustainability & Wellness
•    Act as the Sustainability Champion for the location, ensuring yearly goals are actioned and plastic usage is monitored and eliminated.
•    Fully embrace and safeguard the wellness philosophy and programs, participating regularly in Mission Wellness activities.
•    Deliver "Out of the Ordinary" experiences that combine quirky elements of surprise to craft beautiful memories.

Skills and Experience
•    Experience: At least three years’ experience in a similar or greater role in luxury spas and health clubs with proven certifications.
•    Knowledge: Broad knowledge of anatomy and physiology, massage therapy, and beauty therapy (NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO).
•    Technical Skills: Specialization in various beauty products and aesthetic appliances. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM).
•    Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Japanese, with knowledge of local customs.

Remarks
•    Specific days and timing are based on business needs, seasonality, and local labor laws.
•    The role requires standing and walking for extended periods and heavy lifting of materials up to 14kg (30lbs).
•    The role is dynamic and may change to meet operational requirements; performance is measured directly against these responsibilities.
