• Welcome and greet guests promptly with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Recognize repeat and VIP guests and provide personalized service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure all guests receive a positive first and last impression of the outlet.

Reservation & Seating Management

• Manage restaurant reservations using the designated reservation system.
• Maintain an organized waiting list during peak periods.
• Allocate tables efficiently to maximize seating capacity and guest comfort.
• Coordinate table assignments with service associates to ensure balanced workload and smooth operations.

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate guest preferences, special occasions, and dietary requirements to the service team.
• Liaise with Restaurant Manager, Supervisors, and Kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide accurate information regarding outlet promotions, menus, and operating hours

Outlet Presentation

• Ensure the reception desk, waiting area, and entrance are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain menus, promotional materials, and reservation records.
• Assist in setting up the restaurant before service periods and closing procedures after operations.

Administrative Duties

• Answer telephone calls professionally and process reservations.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and guest preference records.
• Support the restaurant team with administrative tasks as assigned.
