Hotel Driver

InterContinental Wellington is a global five-star hotel in the heart of Wellington.  It is the seamless and personal service that makes InterContinental Wellington one of the best luxury hotels in Wellington.  We are looking for a Hotel Driver who would join our energetic Concierge team to help provide that high quality experience 

Your Day-to-Day
We are seeking a Hotel Driver to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests on arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Providing safe, timely transportation for guests to and from the hotel
• Maintaining strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist and guide guests
• Assisting with luggage and packages to support smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Offering recommendations and assisting with bookings for local dining, attractions, and transportation

• Ensuring the hotel vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and operated safely at all times

   

What we need from you

• A current, full New Zealand driving license required

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to handle guest requests efficiently

• Demonstrated knowledge of the local area and attractions

• Fit and able to lift heavy suitcases.

• Flexibility to work a range of hours – including weekends & public holidays
