Reporting directly to General Manager, as a Hotel Services Manager your duties will include but not limited to the following: 

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services and housekeeping operations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective hotel operations.
  • Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
  • Establishing and implementing service recovery guidelines to ensure complete guest satisfaction. 
  • Assist the General Manager to develop, implement and monitor projects, financial and operating plans to safeguard guest satisfaction and promote profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.

What we need from you

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Must have working rights in Fiji.
  • Bachelors in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience analyzing financial statements and developing strategies to improve profitability.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
