Salary: 3000 - 3500
1. 负责客房及楼层公共区域的日常清洁与维护，确保符合酒店卫生与服务标准；
2. 按规范安全使用清洁设备及化学品，及时报告设备故障或安全隐患；
3. 妥善管理清洁用品库存，厉行节约，合理控制耗材使用；
4. 主动响应客人需求，提供准确信息指引及必要协助（如引导至指定区域），提升宾客体验；
5. 及时向上级汇报工作中发现的问题、异常情况及客人重大投诉；
6. 积极参与部门例会与业务培训，掌握酒店运营动态及特殊活动安排；
7. 配合完成上级交办的其他与岗位职责相关的合理工作任务。
1. 一年以上同岗位工作经验；
2. 身体健康，普通话流利；
3. 吃苦耐劳，具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神。
