工作内容
依照酒店对清洁和外观的标准为公共区域提供保洁服务。
您的日常工作
• 熟悉酒店所有公共区域
• 有效地处理应急事件
• 参与客房部部门会议
• 熟悉酒店情况，向客人提供相关信息
• 完成管理层交办的工作
• 合理保持保洁用品的存货量
• 尽可能对资源进行再利用
• 确保及时完成日常保洁工作
• 与客房部领班沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜，汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议
• 掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求
• 乐于帮助客人，并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点
• 向上级领导汇报客人的重大投诉
• 安全正确地使用保洁设备
• 这份工作属于体力劳动，一天中的大部分时间您都需要站立工作，所以身体健康很重要
• 身强体健——偶尔需要抬起或推/拉 50 磅（23公斤）的重物
• 您可能需要弯腰和双膝着地完成一些工作
• 拥有一些客房工作经验
• 通话流利，有一定的阅读及写作能力
• 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能
• 小学或相当学历
