Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per Holiday Inn Express brand standards.
- Ensure guest rooms are maintained with high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities.
- Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, linen, tea/coffee amenities, and minibar items (if applicable).
- Follow daily room assignment sheets and complete tasks within allocated time.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Handle guest requests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment, trolleys, and supplies in clean and working condition.
- Follow hotel SOPs, safety guidelines, and chemical handling procedures.
- Adhere to grooming, hygiene, and attendance standards of Holiday Inn Express.
- Support team members and assist in deep cleaning or special projects when required.
- Ensure lost and found items are handled as per hotel policy.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
