Are you an experienced Housekeeping professional ready to step up into a leadership role? We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Housekeeping Team Leader to support our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations while leading by example on the floor. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team 
• Lead shifts and step into leadership responsibilities when required 
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand and quality standards 
• Support training and development of team members 
• Conduct room inspections and ensure attention to detail 
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience (supervisory experience highly regarded) 
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness 
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team 
• Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster 
• Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays 
• Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
