About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative Human Resources Coordinator to join our leading culture family. In this role, you will support the full HR operations cycle while also serving as the champion for colleague engagement activities, helping us create a workplace where colleagues feel valued, motivated, and connected.
You will also play a key role in driving transformation initiatives and adopting modern technologies to enhance colleague experience, digitalize engagement activities, and strengthen our internal and external employer brand presence.Promote the desired work culture around our Winning Ways; Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference and Work better together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Championing and enhance colleagues' engagement activities, fostering a positive and vibrant work culture aligned with our Winning Ways.
- Lead and support digital engagement initiatives, including using technology, creative tools, platforms, and modern communication methods to uplift colleague experience.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on benefits, compensation, and policies.
- Handle and Oversee HR system transaction, changes, Time attendance, and other HRIS.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR functions, including time attendance, activities, Initiatives, colleagues' facilities, and heart of house update.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Creative mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and engage colleagues effectively via social media platforms.
- Understanding of HR fundamentals: recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and documentation.
- Interest in modern technology, digital tools, and innovative HR engagement methods.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with HR software (e.g., payroll, applicant tracking system) Bayan system is a plus.
